01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing thhp.dresset.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Human Happiness Society (THHP) reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect the evolution of our boutique collection.
02. Booking & Payments
All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when a unique reference code is issued and full payment is received. Rates mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
03. Property Rules
As a curator of soulful spaces, we maintain strict rules regarding guest conduct. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or damage to property will result in immediate eviction without refund. We promote "Slow Living"—please respect the peace of the location.
04. Membership Cancellation
THHP Explorer and Inner Circle memberships are annual and non-refundable. THHP reserves the right to terminate any membership if a member is found to be in violation of our community ethos or ethical standards.
05. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including imagery of our curated stays, brand logos, and "The Human Happiness Project" terminology, is the exclusive property of THHP. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
