01. Cancellation & Refunds
• Standard Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 15 days before check-in.
• Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancelled between 7-14 days before check-in.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or during peak black-out dates.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source.
02. Occupancy & Guests
Children below 6 years stay complimentary without an extra bed. For guests above 12 years, an extra adult charge is applicable. Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all residents in the society.
03. Pet Policy
While we love animals, pet friendliness varies across our collection. Please check the specific property page or contact our concierge before booking if you plan to travel with your furry friends.
04. Conduct & Ethics
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Alcohol consumption is permitted within the privacy of your room or designated areas, provided it does not disturb the soulful environment of the property.
